What We’re Seeking Now
Experience
- 2+ yrs experience in home & office design
- 4+ yrs experience leading a design projects & teams
- NCIDQ or equivalent interior design certification required
- Coordination experience with contractors, clients is plus
Skills
- Strong eye for detail and design aesthetics
- Excellent communication and client interaction
- Design Innovation Expertise
- Expert in space planning, material selection
Technology
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, interior design software
- Ability to adapt to new digital tools and visualization software
- 3D & Virtual Design Skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design and eco interiors
